Overview: For your safety and security, we use PayPal to process all of our internet financial transactions. This allows you to use your credit card, debit card, eCheck, or direct transfer from your bank account, securely across their internet processing network when making purchases thru our Loving Care store.
To take advantage of this service, PayPal requires that you sign-up with them as a member. This membership is FREE to you, and all information you provide them with is held by them, not us. We only receive the necessary information to ship your order and contact you via email if necessary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Products: Full refunds will be made within the first 14 days of your purchase if you're not completely satisfied.
Please call us (301-417-0955) or email us at contactus@lovingcarecenter.com and include your name, address, and phone number so we can arrange with you, the returning of the unused portion of the item(s) you purchased.

For Life-Style Change Counseling Service:
Full refunds are given if you cancel BEFORE your scheduled appointment time, while within the first 14 days of your purchase. If you'd like to reschedule your appointment time, you may do so within this period. Please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time for changes or cancellations. Refunds are not give if you miss your appointment or after the counseling session has been given. If you haven't already viewed the terms of the counseling service, please click here to do so.

For Six Week Yoga Course Participant:
If you miss a class, no refund is given. You are given the opportunity to attend the NEXT class at the alternate course location as your "make up" class. Please call us in advance of any class session you plan to miss. This keeps us from waiting for you and keeps us from holding up the session.
If you decide to not complete the six week course, you'll be charged for classes that have passed at the "drop-in" rate of $20 each. A refund will be given of any remaining amount. |

For "Drop-In" Yoga Class Praticipant:
Full refunds are given if you cancel your attendence within 14 days of your purchase, and call to notify us in advance of the class. |
