| 1. Make sure you're using Internet Explorer (MAC or PC) browser and not Netscape (AOL), Mozilla, Safari etc. This form doesn't work with broswers other than Internet Explorer. |

| 2. Internet Explorer isn't set-up to process emailing forms. You need to go into your Internet Explorer settings (mac: preferences) and enter the appropriate setting in the "email" section. Note, these are for the Internet Explorer browser and shouldn't be confused with setting up your regular email client application. |
